Bill Sawyer's Virginia Motor Speedway heads into it's 40th year of operation and is located conveniently on U.S. Route 17 just 8 miles north of Saluda, Virginia, just a short driving distance from the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Hampton Roads areas. The Speedway boasts a 1/2-mile dirt surface with 14 degree banking in both corners and 4 degrees on the front and back stretch. The Infield and competitor pit areas are surface treated with a tar and gravel mixture.

Late Model, Sportsman, Modifieds, 305 Sprint Cars, Limited Stock Car, MACS Super Late Model Series, Carolina Clash Late Models, World of Outlaws Late Models, World of Outlaws Sprint Cars, Monster Trucks.
Racing Season:
Virginia Motor Speedway runs normally on Saturday nights but has some Thursday and Friday nights on the schedule. The racing season is from March through September.
